Returns and Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds once an edition has gone out. You can cancel anytime before the next month’s cut off (28th) and you won’t be charged again.
If an envelope arrives damaged or never arrives at all (allow three weeks from post date (8th)), email us a photo of the damage within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement. NOTE: light ware from the postal service is part of getting real mail and isn’t covered under this replacement policy. Please also ensure that your post box does not leak when it rains. We do not refund or replace for such instances.
*Returned Mail - If your monthly edition is returned to us by the post office marked “Return to Sender”, “Undeliverable” or “No longer at address”, we will contact you. You may choose to have that edition sent out again to your accurate address for a $3.00 shipping fee or choose to skip that month’s mail with no refund. Update your address information and continue your subscription the following month. If it is returned a second time, your subscription will be cancelled and No refund given.
