Cancellation Policy
In our store, Behold Botanical Post is offered as a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries once a month as stated at checkout, and agree to all of the following terms and conditions. Recurring payments are processed automatically using your selected payment method for each billing cycle unless the subscription has been prepaid, or you cancel it.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be made before the next billing/renewal date. If payment has already been processed, you will receive that month’s edition. Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled OR refunded, except where required by applicable law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that address, billing and contact details are accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in delayed or skipped deliveries. Inaccurate address information will likely result in returned mail.*
We do NOT offer pre-orders or trial periods. Returns, refunds, withdrawal rights, and other customer rights are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy and Terms of Service.
You will receive your first subscription mail delivery in the following month after you sign up. For example; if you first subscribe in July, you will be billed for and receive August’s edition.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds once an edition has gone out. You can cancel anytime before the next month’s cut off (28th) and you won’t be charged again.
If an envelope arrives damaged or never arrives at all (allow three weeks from post date (8th)), email us a photo of the damage within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement. NOTE: light ware from the postal service is part of getting real mail and isn’t covered under this replacement policy. Please also ensure that your post box does not leak when it rains. We do not refund or replace for such instances.
*Returned Mail - If your monthly edition is returned to us by the post office marked “Return to Sender”, “Undeliverable” or “No longer at address”, we will contact you. You may choose to have that edition sent out again to your accurate address for a $3.00 shipping fee or choose to skip that month’s mail with no refund. Update your address information and continue your subscription the following month. If it is returned a second time, your subscription will be cancelled and No refund given.
